When we moved into our almost 100 year old home, we knew our roof was going to need to be replaced sooner or later. We were leaning towards Shiloh even before getting other quotes because of personal experiences from family and friends that had work completed by them. Unbeknownst to us, whoever put a roof on our home last, did a shoddy job. We went from thinking it needed just a reshingle, to an entire tear off. We spoke to Shiloh right away and they explained what they found and the proper way to repair it. We agreed. What originally was going to take one day, ended up being three. They were respectful, cleaned up after each day and even made a point to double check that our backyard was clean and clear each evening before they

Shiloh Roofing did a great job. Their team came out and had the roof prepped and ready to put shingles on in an hour and a half. The shingles went on quickly and look great. I would recommend Shiloh to anyone and I will use them again if I have another job. The owner, Mike, came out and did a an estimate very soon after I contacted him. The crew spent a lot of time sweeping for nails with magnets and cleaning up all debris. I felt that the 8 man crew were professional, courteous and very hard workers. I was in a war with Tesla Energy over their solar panels damaging my roof and they would not own up to it. So, i went through my homeowners insurance to check out my roof and it showed i qualified for a new roof. I got three different roofing estimates but Shiloh was not only the best priced, but the most professional, patient, and knowledgeable. The estimate was free, every staff member i communicated with was very professional and patient. This was my first time ever going through something like this and i couldn't be happier. The workers were efficient, knowledgeable and worked extremely hard on my roof as there were many underlying issues that were discovered in the process - but i felt they knew what to do and fixed it right! They even took the time to move some of my flower pots

Workers did a good job and were very careful with the things they had to move in order to do their job. They put everything back neatly when the job was finished. Only thing that I was not happy with is the cleanup. Small parts of shingles and nails I found scattered in the driveway and yard. Concerned me that one of my kids might get something stuck in their foot. I'm changing my review to 5 stars because they really do care about customer satisfaction. The owner came out personally and made sure everything was clean and picked up anything that was left behind. He apologized and made sure everything was clean and in good shape before leaving. I recommend Shilo Roofing as the the roofing company that really does care about customer satisfaction and they act on it..
