Shimmy provided excellent, professional and reasonably priced service. Having our roof underlayment replaced revealed a mild termite infestation. Shimmy did a thorough inspection of our attic and exterior fascia boards. He gave us recommendations and we decided on spot treatments which he performed at a reasonable cost and in relatively short timeframe. He even painted the treated fascia boards as part of his services! We will see him again in a year for a recheck. Thanks Shimmy!!
