Shine Bright Window Cleaning

Absolutely horrible. He did a decent job on the inside, but the outside looks worse than before he cleaned them. Now we have to pay someone else to clean them. He said he wouldn't do it again. Wouldn't make the job right. Just look at the two windows I took pictures of. That's from the INSIDE. They all look like that. Would you accept that? Do NOT use him. Per your response Roy, you said you would not redo anything. You did NOT tell Carl you would redo the dirty spots. That is a bold faced lie! Once we took a look at the inside, I had to redo them. Carl even showed you when you said something was on the windows and he cleaned them while you were inside our house and you said "I can't do them again"! LOOK at the pictures! They are awful.
