He was competitive with his pricing and where other companies tried to say we had the worst Terrazzo floor ever and it could not be restored; Dimas never once had a doubt that he could not only complete the job, but make it remarkable! I have beautiful terrazzo floors in my house. Shine’s King came in and polished them. Then a plumber fixing my toilet let me know there was terrazzo under the stick on tiles (who does that??!!). I asked Demas if he could remove the tile and polished the floor. It turned out beautifully-just like my other floors he polished. You can see the before and after pics of the bathroom.

Dimas and Robert are AMAZING! They started with a 1968 floor and made it look like NEW! They repaired all the nail holes and cracks and polished it to look wet. We shopped around for estimates and were almost resigned to put down flooring, but then we found Shine's King! SO GLAD WE DID!!! We could only give 5 stars because they don't have 10 stars.
