Shining Pools

Unreliable, unsophisticated, they don’t show up when they’re supposed to if at all. Do a lousy job! They were here a few hours ago and just skimmed the surface the bottom is full of leaves and debris. See photos below. Then they want to get snarky with you when you complain. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Very happy with Shining Pool. Great service, my pool looks and feels amazing, after trying two others companies I finally found the perfect one.

Not pool service related! One of their trucks almost ran me off the road on the northbound bird rd exit of the palmetto. The guy was driving way to fast and reckless. I had both my sons in the back seat and it could’ve been really ugly. Not sure if speeding and driving carelessly is good idea to do with vehicle with your business contact information on it.

This guy get it!!! Carlos is the owner and he understands that there are a lot of options out there for all of us that own pools. He took the time to understand my needs. I have dogs and can't have my fence left open, I wanted him to come at a certain time each week and he does his best to schedule me for that time. He is very neat and tidy. My wife even likes him. He is very professional and responsible. He does not smoke and neither does his son who also comes by. It is a family owned business and it shows. The pride they demonstrate is spot on. I am very happy to endorse them and their business. He has been doing my pool for over 1 year now.

My family had a few different pool techs servicing our pool in the past but ever since we changed to shining pools. Our pool has not giving us any problems. The pool is always clear and immaculate they are always there if you have a question and they handle themselves very professionally. Will recommend this company to service your pool to anyone !
