Shining Stone

Shining Stone for the win! When I first met Andrea, I knew everything would be great. She is so pleasant and nice to deal with. Her pricing was fair. They came out to measure when they said and the stone was ready for installation when they said. There were some issues with it not being cut properly BUT they rectified it and cut a new piece and were back the next day. Everything was done with a smile. I even called them back a few days later as I wanted the edge rounded out a little more. No problem! Can't wait to use them for my next project!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Shining Stone totally earned this one. They did an excellent job on my countertops, and Andrea was incredible to work with. She answered all my questions promptly and kept me updated every step of the way. Out of all the contractors I’ve used during my renovation, this was by far the best experience. Highly recommend!

If you don’t read this whole review, here are the main points: the counters look fine on the surface, but they are poorly supported, unsafe, and already sagging. The company does not honor its promises and refuses to come back to fix mistakes. At first, everything seemed promising with this company. They presented themselves as professional, offered a very competitive price, and gave us confidence that the project would be handled properly. Unfortunately, what we discovered was that the low price came at the expense of quality, safety, and professionalism. We hired them for a large miter installation—something they clearly had little to no experience with. Andrea was absololutely amazing. So very responsive and knowledgeable. So helpful. She walks you through every step of the way and gives you a timeline in advance. Pricing is transparent and fair, too. I strongly recommend working with her company!👍

Great Company! I highly recommend them!! Shining Stone just completed installation of new kitchen countertops in my kitchen and I could not be happier. Andrea was great to work with. Her customer service is amazing. She was in contact with me through out the whole process and took care of dealing with the condo association. The installers were very good. They were detail oriented and the installation was quick, clean and very professional. This was a great experience with great pricing. Highly recommend!
