Shipp & Son Fencing

I recently had Shipp and Son install a privacy fence with custom-built gates at my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Shipp and Sons are the most professional and reasonable fencing company around! They bend over backward for their customers and are always polite. They work neatly, and efficiently. We love our fence! Any time we have had an issue big or small, they are on it! You won’t be disappointed!

Shipp and sons put our fence up a couple months ago and we love it! Mr Shipp and his employees are hardworking, polite, and professional. Every time we have had an issue, big or small, they have been so quick to help us and always have us fixed up within the week. They are the best fence company in our area and I will recommend them every time for their outstanding service and ability.

They evidently are the contract crew Lowe's uses to deliver/install fencing. Negatives: (1) left pieces/chunks of the hardened cement in yard from putting in the posts (could damage mower blades if wasn't found). (2) left the pieces of the cut looping that fasten the fence together all along the complete length of the installation. (3) Did their post measurement marking with a black Sharpie or similar marker and left the large markings on the post/did not remove. Could have at least attempted to remove it or used something else to mark with. (4).Tossed new leftover/cut fence post approximately 6 feet into adjacent woods at our property line, instead of taking it with them. Criticism that's not their fault: posts and fence materials are cheap and cheap looking. Don't make it like it used to

Was contracted through Lowe’s to install a privacy fence and gate. Buyer beware. They had to come fix a gate four times that they installed improperly. On the last trip they took the gate down and left it laying in my yard. I’ve been trying to reach the foreman with no luck. That was 3 weeks ago. They will not respond. Maybe my situation is just a fluke. I don’t know. I wouldn’t use them again though.
