Extremely disappointed with Shiptons - employees removed windows without consent to bring carpet into house. Tossed old carpet into a private dump trailer on site from my contractor even though I was paying for them to dispose of the carpet. They then had to remove it. Workers were doing drugs in my driveway during lunch break. Completely destroyed all of my trim. Multiple issues with threshold installation. Owner refused to give a modest $200 discount off a 9k bill for all of the repeated issues.
Great welcoming staff. Very easy to deal with. Very competitively priced and good quality carpeting. The installers were friendly and helpful. I will highly recommend them.
