Shire parking garage underground

DO NOT PARK HERE UNLESS YOU LIVE/WORK HERE. It costs 75$ for non-tenants to park here. There's no indication that it's a tenants only garage, the metal gates open to let you in super easy, but the gates won't open to let you out until you pay 75$. Additionally the only pedestrian access is an elevator, which takes you out of the garage just fine, but requires a card or code to take you back down to your car. In order to get back to your car, you will have to walk up to the entrance for cars and press the button at the kiosk thing as though you are entering in a car.
