Shock's Water Well Service LLC

I am a real estate Broker. They did not show up on time, I am talking months late. Took 3 months to finish. Wouldn't show up to work or drag in around 10 or 11:00 am. Overcharged. I could never get a straight answer out of them as far as depth during their drilling process. Used Creek water to drill with which sounds ridiculously dangerous, health wise. My neighbor had an even worse experience. Do not use this water well driller!!! These Crooks are even trying to sue us for work done on our neighbors farm that was sold to them on a land contract. The courts will put them in their place. Don't hire them for anything!

Called them and they came out the next day on a Saturday when no one else would. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Got our water back on and finished the job. Can't thank them enough.

Terrible! First off, they came out in Aug 2024 and said "yeah I'll be here in September, or end of September 2024. Didn't here from them or able to get ahold of them until they showed up in November with the drilling rig. Tom Shock said " I'll be back in a few days" LOL. Then December came with snow and I understand weather being an issue with drilling , so, ok I waited until the weather got better, and finally got ahold of him the 2nd week of March 2025. Meanwhile his truck was leaking fuel and oil the whole time it sat on the property where the well was to be drilled. So he shows up, finally after 8 months of expectation. Drills for a total of 12 hours over a period of 3 days then charges us $9,700 dollars for supposed 140ft of well pipe. 3 days later, water won't clear, and loose pressu
