First time using Shockwave Electric. The electrician was Carson Neuville. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained what he had to do. Fixed the problem and cleaned up the area. The price was reasonable too. Very pleased and will recommend Shockwave to others.

Carson and the Dylan performed a great service. Arrived on time, great manners and professionalism by both of them. Completed job in a very timely manner, also worked well with propane company. The service they provided wasn’t listed, they installed a standby generator and also installed a propane tank that had to be buried. All in all was a great experience and total install time was less than 6hrs. Great company

I was very pleased with the service provided by your exceptional technician Toby. He was knowledgeable,polite and very honest. As he was able to identify that part of what I thought was needed to be done was not necessary. I was impressed by his honesty and expertise. I lookforward to having Toby return for electrical jobs I may have in the future. Toby is a commendable and honest employee, something that is quite rare these days.

Very happy with Treaven Dupre and Anthony Dunn. Both worked nonstop until they had my generator up and running. They even took the time to help me put fuel in the tank. Before they left they checked to ensure everything was working in my house. Complete professionals.

Robert arrived timely. He was very knowledgeable and took extreme care to service my generator although the rain was pouring down. He was very courteous and professional. It was a pleasure to work with him. I will be using Shockwave again in the future.
