Shop at Home Flooring

Russ’s crew from Shop at Home Flooring installed laminate flooring in my living room in mid October of 2021. I was satisfied with the finished result, but as of late June when the warmer weather started, the floor has been buckling and lifting up in a particular area. I contacted Russ and explained the problem and provided him a video that shows the problem. He told me I needed to run a dehumidifier in order to solve the problem which I have been doing with no results. If anything it has gotten worse. I contacted Russ to let him know and was told he would send out Paul (one of his crew members) to come and look at it. PRICE was so reasonable I purchased the best carpet they had and I love it I could fall asleep on it it's so squishy lol the owner gets in contact right away I called and got the estimate right away on the phone then he came to the house the estimate was the same...the crew came and knocked out the job in 3.5 hrs 3 bedrooms they were very quick. Very respectful quiet not creepy at all...Great experience all the way around I didn't know until after the fact they drove over an hour to get to me with no complaints.....thank you so much I love love love my carpets...
