#neveragain #buyerbeware Let me begin by saying that I am usually very reluctant to write a negative review on a review platform, but today's experience with Wesmart was egregious enough to come to this, especially as most of my interaction was with the company's owner, Wes. He and his company repaired the panel for our backup generator. Though I cannot yet comment on the quality of the work, as the repair was just made an hour ago (it seems to be in good working order at present), the reasons for the negative review are threefold: 1) Hidden costs/deception: after performing the work, we were surprised that we were being charged ~$200 more than we anticipated/estimated.
