Worst experience I have ever had with a company! From the moment we sent our deposit we were left in the dark and given the run around. 20 minutes before our piece was delivered john “the owner” told me he would not be able to come till later. Later that evening he was still not able to deliver the piece. The next morning he said he would be there at 8:00 and shows up at 8:50 to unload a huge piece of furniture by himself. Finally once this piece was received I couldn’t fathom how this was even acceptable. I noticed on my ring camera the piece was dropped on the ground and the cabinets were slammed into the floor (which we have recorded). The level of quality is not there for an almost $3000. We wish we had something good to say about this business but that is definitely not the case. Two pieces of furniture were given to John Couperus to refinish. The timeline was 3 to 4 weeks.Afterr many texts and phone calls the pieces were returned seven weeks later. My three-year-old nephew could have done better. One of the pieces was not even finished or sealed. In fact it was still wet upon delivery. To say that we are furious with the quality of the work is an understatement. He had more excuses as to why he couldn’t deliver the furniture all the while claiming that the pieces were finished. I heard nothing but lies and excuses from him. His work is HORRIBLE! Find someone else to refinish your furniture. Perhaps a toddler.! He received one star in this review because the app wouldn’t

I got recommended to this company by a co-worker but I have to say I am very disappointed. I paid my deposit in October and I did not receive my bench until the end of February. In the meantime, we got the complete run around about when our bench would be done and ready. When it finally came, it was less than perfect. The measurements were wrong, the cuts were not lined up and honestly it does not look like something that would cost $1,600. I emailed the owner and let him know my disappointment and asked for some type of credit and he never responded at all which is extremely upsetting. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Would not recommend Liar and does not respond back Also a thief but luckily after weeks of harassing him for either my product or money back I finally received a refund
