Shore Aluminum Sales

Horrible. Called for 3-4 weeks for estimate with Mike & John and kept being told call me back 1 hour or call me back tomorrow. All excuses. Ridiculous service

Not related to sales. But just a person. I had an issue with my car and Mike was extremely helpful. Took the time to walk over to the gas station for me when I had no way of getting there. Just based off of his kind acts shows you that the company has great employees.

I was in the middle of a renovation when I found out I needed a replacement piece of siding. They were able to get me exactly what I needed on the spot and my project was able to continue without any delay.

I used the watertight gutter company that is within Shore Aluminum, I was recommended by a friend. They were very nice however, I replaced my gutters and then after a new roof they cleaned my gutters and installed gutter screens. The job is paid for and some things needed to be fixed but I’ve had to call over and over again. The gutters needed to be cleaned with a hose to clean out residue from roofing. They don’t do that. When they installed my new gutters, they were positioned in a different place than the original. They didn’t fill in any of the holes that they left in my siding from moving the gutters. I can’t get up on a ladder. It’s just a shame that people don’t care about the quality of their work anymore.

I went over here to get 1 pack of shingles so I can fix my roof I needed 3tab white shingles they did not have any but the young man called around and checked if they where available any where else and they where not.But he gave me 2 of similar color so at least I can patch my roof this place is awesome guy with the long hair and beard.Thank you guys so much you guys are awesome we need to support our local businesses,next time I need any roofing stuff or I can recommend you guys I will. Thanks again
