Shore Mechanical installed a central air conditioning system in our home. The entire experience was professional and polite. From scheduling to installation, the entire staff could not have been any nicer. They even put down drop cloths so they wouldn’t get our floor dirty as they walked around. The work they did was top notch, and we are very pleased with how everything came out. I would highly recommend Shore Mechanical for anyone requiring HVAC installations. I will certainly call them again for future projects and maintenance. They were honest and professional, and I am pleased we called them.

Very happy we went with Shore Mechanical to replace our boiler. They were able to get it done in one day after I was warned it might take 2. Another company gave us a significantly higher estimate and a time frame of 3 days to complete the job. Frank, Fred, Seth and Ed were all friendly and professional. He was very thorough and explained everything in terms we could understand. The crew that came to work on the house was very professional and courteous. They all worked hard and did a fabulous job. Have been using Shore Mechanical for service and new Installation for over 22 years. Just had a new HVAC and furnace installed. Frank is awesome. He comes to give estimate and explain everything and comes back during installation and check on the job. The installers are great and work extremely clean. I have never called the office that Lisa did not come thru with same day service in the 20 years. I cannot say enough about the great customer service.

I was shopping around for a ductless mini split unit to install in my garage and had almost settled on one company before reaching out to Shore to get one more estimate. They weren't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive but what elevated them way above everyone else was the level of customer service I received from Frank. He was extremely polite, professional and most of all, available to answer any question I had along the way. He basically got back with me immediately every time I had to ask him something. When his team showed up to do the work they were every bit as professional, taking the time to make sure I was satisfied along the way.
