Over the last few months, have been working with James, Kenny, and the crew over at Advantage Lawn Care & Landscaping to install a new pool / hot tub and transform my backyard in Hampton VA into a relaxing oasis! After a disaster of an experience with another contractor, James and the Team at Advantage, took on the job, coming from their home base location on the Eastern Shore (1.5hr from Hampton) to coordinate the entire pool and landscaping job ... from dirt work, to electrical, plumbing, paver installation, and stamped concrete hardscaping. Their subs were professional and courteous throughout. James was wonderful to partner with on this project, brining years of experience and innovation to bear on this unique project. James and Kenny were professional and they took care of our pool. I had steps that weren't supposed to be in there that some other people put in and they were for inground pool and he ripped my liner. I have a radiant pool which is like one of the better above ground pools and these guys took care of me 100%. We had a issue with a leak on the first liner and thankfully it was in the seam so it was replaced by radiant pools but these guys stuck with me until the last minute till we found out what was going on and James follows up a couple times afterwards and I just want to say kudos to all those guys. This company was fantastic. They brought enough dirt to build up my yard approximately 8 inches. They leveled and graded it just th le way I wanted it. I also had them do a 30x50 concrete pad so I could build a garage on it. The work they did exceeded my expectations.

Excellent customer service, anytime I had a question they are quick with a response or will send someone out. We love our pool and the support we have from the company.

They came out to provide a quote but I haven't received the quote yet and it's been over a week. I went with someone else more responsive. Edited. The company finally contacted me several days later and explained their accounts had been hacked and a company doing underground work cut their business lines. They say they tried to contact me but I have no record. You decide.
