I hired Carl from Shorelawn LLC for lawn maintenance in May (2025) after visiting his website and thoroughly reading all the reviews and he has exceeded our expectations. He is very friendly and professional. He is a very hard worker and perfectionist. His fees are very fair for the amount of time he spent and the meticulous attention he gave to every detail to our yard. I also want to mention that he is very creative with landscape designs. In my opinion, he is worth contacting for your property maintenance.

We recently had Carl Pappas, and ShoreLawn do a thorough cleaning of our home exterior. He avoided using bleach and chemicals per our request. He and his staff worked hard and consistently, and the results were amazing. They even washed exterior windows & screens. We are also very happy with the lawn mowing that we've had done as well. I highly recommend.

After not showing up for the first two dates, he finally showed on the third time. Damaged my lawn by getting his mower AND his truck stuck in my back yard, Left huge ruts from the tires. Promised to be back the next day to fix his issues and finish the mowing, never came back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They will be hearing from my attorney.

Carl Papas came, listened to my requests, and conquered my unruly front yard. He was the kindest nonjudgemental person I have ever met and the consummate professional. He stayed and worked on my yard until it was to his level of quality and cleaned up every twig… leaving my yard looking the best it has ever looked. My wife and I are very happy with his work and have already asked him for a quote on clearing out the jungle we call our backyard. Thank you Carl for all your hard work we really appreciate it and look forward to working with you on many future landscaping projects.
