I called in looking for a specific tool the woman said she can help me she put me on hold it's been about 20 minutes with some loud Chinese music playing very obnoxiously screaming in my ear the never even pick back up poor customer service this place has bad business they just put you on hold and never answered back they need to hire people that really want to work and get rid of the ones that they have working because they're not working they're just collecting checks sitting there doing nothing poor customer service bad business I recommend going someplace that actually cares about dealing with customers
