Josh replaced my 30 year old deck boards with new Timbertech boards. He offered many options and patiently walked us through the costs and benefits of each option. Once the work started he and his crew kept us informed of each step and any findings along the way. They fixed any defects or upgrades needed to the existing framing and installed the new deck boards with top level skill. They delivered an excellent product and took the time to assure there would be no call backs. This was the best experience of hiring a contractor that we have ever experienced.

Shoreline Home Renovations handled a pretty extensive remodel of my beach condo renovating 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, replacing flooring, all molding, sliding glass doors and installing shiplap walls. Josh, Rob and the team were fantastic throughout the entire process! They did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process, keeping me informed of progress when I was unable to be onsite and offering solutions when we ran into obstacles. The job was completed on budget and on time (just over a month!) – I couldn’t be happier with the finished project and my experience with the team. I would definitely recommend Shoreline and will use them again in the future!

Josh did a remodel of my father's bathroom . He made the shower handicapped accessible. He removed the old shower, tiled the walls and also the floor with tile that is not slippery. He installed a foldable bench, and grab bars. He also installed a comfort toilet as well as grab bars. He was very prompt in putting together a price which was very reasonable and completed the work in record time. I would highly recommend Shoreline Construction!

Josh did a fantastic job building our upper and lower deck in brigantine, including installation of a waterproofing system and bead board ceiling for our lower deck. Josh was easy to work with, offered thoughtful solutions and produced a quality product. His team was equally as knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend his services.

Josh and his team did a great job renovating our deck. After pulling the old deck boards, we realized all of the joists were undersized. Josh came up with a great plan of sistering each joist and adding new joist hangers. Now the deck is rocksolid. Josh was professional, and the communication was great.
