My choice home warranty sent this company out to work on my refrigerator but the first time the guy just took pics the second time the guy who claimed to be the owner took the back off my friedge and said someone had put too much Freon in it and then left and said he would be back after talking to choice. Then he proceeded to make excuse after excuse and then ghosted us. After making us sit at home day after day for him to come. Come to find out he never contacted choice to tell them they had been to our home and even collected our deductible. Choice then sent us another company out and we have beeen told this company had voided our warranty by taking our back off our fridge. So now we have to appeal it. It’s been over a month we have been without a fridge and freezer. Do
