Terrible company. They promised a delivery and never came. Called 5 times and was told next day each time. After a week they said their trucks were broken and I should gas can diesel as needed or find another campany. Worse experience ever with Long Island oil company. Don’t use them!!! Nn

My elderly parents had an issue with their Central Air Conditioning, and even though they aren't a customer themselves when I spoke with Jim he was willing to help. The technician he sent arrived exactly on-time and was thoroughly knowledgeable, polite, and professional. The system was fixed in no time and my Mom & Dad were again comfortable during this heat wave. In this day and age of robocalls, automated phone scripts, and outsourced customer service it was a genuine pleasure to have my call answered immediately by a human being who understood my situation. I would give Shoreline Petroleum 10 stars if I could!!
