We did not have a good experience with Shoreline. The P-trap beneath our bathroom sink broke at the wall and needed to be replaced. Based on a recommendation from other homeowners we called Shoreline. Two plumbers from Mr. Rooter took a look at the PVC. Then, before they could give us a quote, they indicated it was company policy to do an entire home inspection. We allowed them and they found no other glaring issues. This was followed by a 20-minute absence while they were in the truck talking to the office. They came back with their I-pad and started showing us 5 different plans we could consider. The first plan (Economy), for the P-trap repair only was $946.00. The other plans, Economy Plus, Midrange, Midrange Plus and Premium went up from there. The highest estimate being $1

Dante & David (apprentice) provided excellent service! My garbage disposal was inop & luckily I didn’t need a new one. Dante showed me what to do should it happen again. They were professional, courteous & did everything I needed repaired in an hour. No messes, introduced themselves & shook my hand when we met. I think David is in good hands with Dante showing him the ropes.

Instead of replacing the guts of my toilet, these plumbers told me that the parts were no longer available and I would have to replace all the toilets in my house. Then dared to demand payment anyway. Subsequently, I called Emerald Bay Plumbing, and they repaired my toilet using generic parts and charged me less than Shoreline demanded for a house call to sell me new toilets. Edit to add: After I posted this review, I contacted Ferguision (who sold the toilet) and purchased the exact parts made for this toilet. So, they are still available.

Scotty & Shoreline Plumbing is amazing! As a local real estate agent, I would HIGHLY recommend them to clients for all plumbing needs and have used them for personally for a whole house replumb that was needed! They are highly responsive, and show up when they say they will, highly skilled, and do an amazing job! Very glad to have found them and completely recommend!

Shoreline Plumbing is THE BEST!! Quick call back after I left message. Guys were able to come the next day. They were friendly, efficient. They went to Home Depot and bought the part for my shower handle and repaired it. Very reasonably priced! I cannot say enough about how great they are! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
