Would have preferred to give them a zero. Dishonest to say the least. Came one evening to empty our septic tank and test the drainage field for the health depart meant since we were having our home demolished because of Hurricane Ian. When he left, the cover for our septic tank was nowhere to be found. He was supposed to return and do some other work for us, but never called or made an appointment or ever showed up. He was to email me a receipt for the $425.00 we paid for the clean out but didn't. He was supposed to send a report to the health department but the last time I checked, he hadn't probably because he didn't run the test the required amount of time because it was getting dark and he was going to do another job. DO NOT use this vendor!! I have not reviewed them sooner for fear of

Mark is nothing but a liar. After we gave him a large deposit on a septic system, he promised to deliver the tanks to our property, and failed to do so several times. At one point, he texted my husband that the tanks had been delivered. When we went to the property, we found Mark had lied yet again. Mark then said he would return our deposit, but as of today, has not. Stay far away from this shady character.

Mark came out assessed the problem gave me a written estimate. Ordered the pumps got them installed. Will definitely use them again

Extremely rude, unprofessional, trashy people that work here. Will and would NEVER recommend to anyone. So many other good companies out there! Don't waste your time with these people.
