Great work and the communication was smooth. Mike did a great job and we were able to schedule the work to be done in a timely fashion. The woman who answers the phone was a pleasure to work with and helped me choose the right furnishings by answering my questions and getting Mike's input for me and was polite and friendly. I replaced a toilet and 2 bathroom sinks. Highly recommend!!!!

Danielle and Mike are great. They are quick to respond to phone calls, accommodating when scheduling and they keep you updated on the day of service. Mike takes time to understand the issue and offers solutions for you to consider. He clearly explains the work he expects to do and the cost. When he's done the work area is just as clean as before he arrived. We've been very satisfied; Shorely Plumbing is who we contact first now.

Mike was here today to fix our kitchen sink and washer pipe. From the moment I called to make the appointment, to the moment Mike left, our service with Shorely Plumbing was superb! Had an issue with our toilet and called Shorely Plumbing just after 9:00am and a human actually answered the phone! Danielle was so professional and personable. It was great not dealing with an 800 number agent. Mike was here by 11:30 and diagnosed and fixed our issue quickly. He was so respectful and thoroughly explained the problem. Mike was efficient and knowledgeable and worked super clean. As a realtor, I am always looking for trades I can recommend to my clients, and I will only recommend professionals I have good experience with myself. Shorely will go to the top of my list! They will be my go to plumbing service company from now on! 😊
