Overcharged me citing some obscure policy. I took my wife to the airport and when paying noticed that I was just a couple minutes over an hour so got charged for two hours. I paid and went back to finish my coffee and take another look at the new airport interiors. When at the gate they insisted I pay another hour despite leaving at 730 and entering 544. Apparently after paying I have just a few minutes to exit. It's not written at the PDX web site describing the rate or anywhere else I could notice. Dishonest!
80% of the EV parking spaces sit filled with cars that are connected to chargers but not actually charging. No one enforces the rules, short term EV parking shouldn't be for people who are gone for days at a time.
Fairly simple layout parking structure. PDX is still by far the best airport.
