I was having trouble with my Honda Accord key fob not working. Michael, was friendly and took his time helping me troubleshoot what could be wrong. He figured out it was most likely an issue with the car and not the key fob and didn't charge me anything.

Everyone was really friendly!! They weren't able to program my car key for me because of a manufacturer issue, but they get 5 stars because of how nice the people are and how gracious the tech handled not being able to help me more. I will absolutely keep them in mind if I ever need assistance in the future!

Friendly and knowledgeable service. I stopped in to inquire about changing a type of lock for my house and they guided me through my best options for purchasing it. Service was scheduled and they showed up on time and did a great job. They made sure that my locks were correct and working before they left. The tech that did the install was very friendly. Prices were exactly what I was quoted from the beginning - but before the tech even started the work he made sure of the price and that I was good with it.
