Shovel & Spade Landscaping

The Shovel & Spade team completely overhauled my tired landscape – they removed old river rock, weeds, bushes, and a raised garden bed outlined by railroad ties, and replaced it with new rock, plants, brick edging, pavers, grass seed, a couple of mulch beds, and buried 2 downspouts. Geraldo provided a suggested plan and was flexible and open to my ideas, even when I changed materials and asked to add a line item as the job was starting. The estimate was very reasonable, and they even provided some cobblestones and raised a sinking concrete pad outside of the side garage door at no extra charge! The crew was extremely hard working and respectful, cleaning up everything at the end of each day. I highly recommend Shovel & Spade for all your landscaping needs!

Geraldo and his crew did a phenomenal job turning the eyesore space below an elevated deck into a beautiful spot in the yard. They brought in fill to replace soil that had eroded next to the foundation, installed landscape fabric, river rock and a cobblestone edging … and a 3-man crew completed all of this in half a day!! Their prices are very reasonable, their materials and workmanship are top notch and their communication was excellent. Shovel & Spade Landscaping is the first business I will call for all future landscaping projects.

Geraldo and his crew from Shovel & Spade recently completed a landscape refresh for me. They did an AWESOME job lifting and resetting stones that had settled. One area needed to be graded and seeded to address a slope in the yard. Geraldo was great at communicating both before and during the project. His crew were efficient and they did an awesome job of cleaning up once the job was done!! I would highly recommend them for any landscape projects!! I've already lined them up for a project next spring!

Fantastic service from Shovel and Spade! Geraldo was professional, and the service was prompt and as advertised. He even went above and beyond to leave us a hose because our old one was too worn to be effective. The grass seed has been down for one week, and we are anxiously awaiting the new growth.
