This company installed my ac unit roughly two years ago (under warranty). Had problems a few weeks ago and a worker named Paul was sent out. I let Paul know the issues I was having with it freezing up and Paul checked the levels of coolant in the system and levels were not up to spec. Paul stated the last crew must not of filled the coolant properly and stated one of the guys out last was a druggie meth user and made a mistake in filling it. Paul got the ac running before he left and stated my unit needed “rails” installed on the hvac to keep the filter from blowing up into the unit. He installed/made homemade ones that are very sharp and impossible to change filters quickly. You’d have to bend the ramps to get it in. Weeks go by ac freezes up again, another crew comes out states they can’

Tj and his guys are wonderful to work with. They are competent and do exactly what we need, from full installation to any repairs or service. Quality work and fair prices. Its nice to have them to count on!

Had different HVAC guys: $90 and "you need a new motor, call your warranty guy". Warranty guy, no response on multiple attempts. Show-me? I contact them, "I'll be out tomorrow", comes out actually diagnosed the issue and fixed it - "Low freon". Let's just say I'll be going back to these guys!

Show-Me Heating and Cooling’s technicians are outstanding. However, the company’s ability to communicate is worse than expected. They do not reply to messages, and expect you to maintain the ownership of asking for status updates. I would recommend another provider if parts are required to fix the unit.
