Enough cannot be said for the work done by Showalter Construction & Restoration. My previous review gave five stars for the emergency services provided when we had a fridge leak that threatened to destroy our entire kitchen. Once again, we are giving Showalter five stars, but this time for their work in bringing our home back to life. Truly a team effort, Thea was diligent in working to secure the funds from the insurance company to start the work. We had a pipe leak at one of our rentals that flooded the entire kitchen with an inch or 2 of water. Robert and team were extremely haste with getting approvals and finishing quality work that made this a much less stressful situation. Even after the work was completed, we had an issue with the water heater, in which a team member was sent out within a day to replace a part at no additional cost to us. This team is very professional and trustworthy.

Showalter Construction was a Godsend for me; most likely providence. I had contacted all the major national flood recovery companies to mitigate my flood damage from Hurricane Florence and only 1 of 4 returned a call. And that company never followed up with a visit and dropped me like I was a nobody.
