Tim was an excellent project manager for our new deck. He was very attentive throughout the entire process and always responded quickly whenever I had questions. His communication and attention to detail made the experience smooth and stress-free. The deck turned out beautiful, and we are extremely happy with the final result. Back in July 2025 I started a kitchen remodel, 2 bathroom remodels, and added stone to my living room wall. After a lot of research I hired Showcase remodel to do the job and I am so happy I did! They do beautiful work and they are very neat during the process. Santo was a wonderful project manager for my kitchen. He always fixed any issues and got right back to me when I called. Joe was my bathroom project manager and he did the same and was also wonderful. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs a remodel.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Showcase Remodels. They completed a full kitchen and first-floor renovation in our home, including removing load-bearing walls, rerouting HVAC vents and plumbing, and installing a new beam (check out the trim detail on the beam!). The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. Santo was incredible—he was there from start to finish and treated our renovation as if it were his own home. We have three small children (including a newborn at the time!), so living through construction could have been extremely stressful—but Showcase made it as easy as possible. Santo made sure everything stayed on schedule so the team was in and out efficiently. Nolan and the guys working day in and day out truly went above and beyond our expectations.

So I give 5 stars for overall satisfaction, but a 4 in communication. I had a nursery room project with closing an entryway with drywall, widening and installing a standard sized door in the other entryway, wall and ceiling repair, paint, etc. Not only did Showcase do a great job, they returned and kept working until I was content, even the small little touch up spots that I was being picky on. They bulldogged that room until I was completely satisfied with it. Awesome work and honest people. The only negative part I experienced was some communication. When initially paying for the deposit, I was told we would be contacted by a project manager in a couple weeks. I waited about 3.5 weeks and then called them instead. They had one assigned to me within the hour. Then on the day we agreed
