His knowledge and expertise were evident from the start and he took the time to explain issues clearly while offering smart practical solutions. The quality of his workmanship is exceptional. From start to finish, Shugarman‘s Bath was great! Excellent customer service, in contact whenever you needed them… Kept me informed about the process from ordering to completion and Tony was amazing. He had a lot to deal with in my bathroom and finished everything for the first shower in one day, staying longer to make sure he could finish it, and then finishing the second shower install the next day and everything is perfect. He even came back to readjust a showerhead that I wanted to switch out. I highly recommend Shugarmans.

We had such an amazing experience with Shugarman! And fun fact, we only spoke to live people AND ALL our questions were answered! We recently redid our bath for my disabled uncle so that he could be easily rolled into the shower. It may not be the aesthetic that most people desire, but it is what we needed for him to be comfortable and they accommodated. Our sales person Jeff was quick to answer questions and get the ball rolling with measurements and we were quoted an 8-10 week timeline. We were very fortunate in that our materials came in sooner, HOA approval was handled and we had a new shower a few weeks before the expected timeline! I recently had a whirlpool Jacuzzi installed in my master bathroom by SUGARMANS BATH. The experience was excellent from start to finish Zeck and Kody were the installers and they were outstanding. They arrived on time, were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. The installation was done with great attention to detail, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. They also took the time to answer my questions and kept the work area, clean and organized throughout the process. The final result looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier with my new Jacuzzi. We got this beautiful shower installed in just 2 1/2 days by Shugarmans Bath. Our installers were outstanding in their precision, efficiency, attention to detail and cleanup. Lead team member was David and his coworker was Kendall...both top notch. David explained every step of the process as they worked non-stop, long hours.
