My second time using this amazing company, definitely a customer for life! On the evening of 12/20, our garage had a burning smell and a lingering haze in it. Called for non emergency fire assistance and within a few minutes they found the issue. The quick disconnect box on one of our water heaters had a loose wire that caused it to short, hence the burning smell. Firemen disconnected everything and we were clear to remain in our home just had to have box replaced. Called Shuman Electric first thing the next morning and spoke with the owner. He was so accommodating, assuring me he would have tech out asap and he did. Brian Warren, Service Mgr came out and was a blessing all around. Had Brian from shuman electric swing by and hook up my shed to my house! Even taught me a thing or two about electrical work and very nice and did a great job in a very timely manner! Price was less than expected! Highly recommend using them

Very pleased with our service with Shuman Electric. We wanted a generator plug installed in our house in Pembroke by a local business, and found Shuman Electric that way. The service manager, Brian, was very quick with all aspects of service, from the initial proposal to scheduling the service itself. The work itself was done the morning of the next business day, and looks very neat and professional. Brian was very thorough with his explanation of the work and the new installation, as was the service technician. It was reasonably priced as well. Overall I am very happy with our service and will continue to use Shuman Electric in the future for our electrician service needs.
