Shutes Water Systems

I called because we were having trouble with our jet pump system. They had a truck and two guys out to my house within half an hour. They do not service these jet pump systems anymore because they can be very nasty to troubleshoot/fix. They recommended replacing the jet pump with a submersible pump, quoted a fair price and could have had me up and running with water again the same day. I was not looking to spend the money on a new pump system at the moment, so Scott provided me with a great recommendation for someone who still does work on jet pump systems. When the time comes that I have to replace this pump, I will for sure call Shutes.

I have called them multiple times over the last 5 years since we moved in and every time they are fast, efficient, and friendly. I just had them over today and they fixed my not insignificant issue within 2 hours of me calling them. A+ service.

Our well pump gave up this week and we called Shutes. They were on site in a matter of hours. Gavin Warren did a fantastic job of troubleshooting, pump removal/replacement, and most importantly VERIFIED proper operation before leaving. This meant more work/time for him and extra adjustments to get it working right but he stayed with it to the end. Wish all contractors and trades had the level of professionalism Gavin displayed!

Want to send a shout out a HUGE THANK to Scott, Matt and Austin for installing my new water softening system today at Spa On The River. The guys Arrived on time and did an outstanding job with the installation. They were very professional, got the job done in a timely manner, (in fact very quickly) efficiently. They are so knowledgeable they showed me everything after the installation that I would have to do which is basically low maintenance for me! I would like to share a video and some photos, but I am not seeing anywhere here where I could attach them! Also I want to thank Becky I cannot forget her for setting up the appointments and taking care of me and getting the guys here so quickly! So if you ever need a a water Softening system - You HAVE to call Shuttes Water Systems!

Shute's Water Systems is absolutely incredible. Not only do they have amazing customer service (shout out to Scott) but their crews are fantastic. Gavin did most of the work in our basement (didn't catch the other gentleman's name - sorry!) and he was superb. Given the work that had to be done, it was a relatively fast process. Pricing was reasonable and the quality is top-notch. I am so glad Essential Home Inspections referred them! I wholeheartedly recommend them.
