We called and spoke with Trisch to schedule an appointment for an estimate. She was warm and welcoming. Very helpful and answered questions we had before sending someone to provide an estimate. Mike came to our house on-time the day scheduled and was very friendly, informative, and very nice. He performed the measurements and explained to us the various options available. He did not try to oversell as with many other companies, he listened, and made recommendations and is truly wonderful to work with. We cannot comment on pricing yet as that is still being worked on, but regardless, his honesty as well as Trisch's makes this company very unique and wonderful from the start.

GREAT COMPANY!!!! Just recently purchased windows & sliders from Shutter Up. Great company to deal with. Matt B. Was true to his word. The windows came in in the time frame they originally said. We didn’t have to wait for them to be installed. Matt B who I delt with once the windows were in was exceptional. His manager Eddie who installed them was, kind, neat and knew what he was doing. WE would recommend Shutter Up to anyone & everyone.👍🏻

So far my experience with Shutter Up has been top notch. Mike and Trish have helped me chose my window replacements for my condo and I look forward to receiving and getting them installed. Matt and Sarah at Shutter Up have also been very helpful and professional. Their showroom is beautiful and helped me decide which "type and brand" I wanted.

Our new hurricane impact sliding glass doors are beautiful. The doors came in on time and the installation was seamless and professional. I would definitely recommend Shutter Up if you need new doors or windows!

Changed the price day before installation, the guys were very nice, on there phones a lot. The original tile I had around windows was broken and carelessly stuck back , No, I don't recommend at all.
