SI Carpeting

I called customer support to ask about carpet cleaning and had a really frustrating experience. The person who answered was rude and hung up on me while I was speaking. When I called back and asked if she had hung up, she confidently said she did. I wasn’t being rude at all, so I’m confused as to why someone like that would be in that job if they’re not willing to help.

Scheduling with SI Carpeting was really easy. I was in no rush but they actually had someone available to come out the same day to do our job. He was even able to arrive early, which worked for my schedule. Work performed was great and met the quote. Our hallway and steps carpeting looks and smells great now. Will use SI Carpeting in the future.

Their stain cleaning services were impressive. I thought the stains were here to stay but they were able to make them disappear. Their friendly and professional staff was also a delight to work with.
