From the purchase of the storm cellar to the septic tank, smooth business transactions and prompt and professional, knowledgeable and caring employees who showed me their cellars to showing and explaining the different septic systems, I felt the man that helped me, Dan, to the delivery men and their letting me know what I'd need once the items were delivered, made the whole experience of having to rebuild after the loss of my home due to a fire, the loss of my husband less than a year before the fire, doing business with company and employees took a huge burden off my shoulders. I felt and still feel I got excellent service, products and advice at very reasonable prices.
