They were so kind to us we couldn’t be more grateful for One hour! They were upfront and so honest about everything! They didn’t try to lie to us they are so very amazing! Mr. Johnny is amazing! He came out, looked at our AC and thankfully he had the part we needed in his truck and got us our AC back! Thank you! Mr.Johnny and One hour for your service!

Repair tech was fantastic and did a great job. Also, they looked into the warranty information of my unit to give me a partial refund. But, extra fee for weekend work was not mentioned when I called to have a tech come out.

I experienced an issue with my HVAC system last night contacted one hour air-conditioning and they were here right away. They did not try to rip me off like other companies have in town with ridiculous things. I don’t need. They told me my Freon was a little bit low and they offered to top it off and it was a good price highly recommend no issues.

I had my heater go out during the freeze. I tried to call one place but they were booked, so I contacted Siegert One Hour. They were very fast with their response and were able to help me out. Eden was the employee that helped me and he was very professional and friendly! Would highly recommend this for any heater/ac problems.

They've done some great work for me. The price is reasonable and they helped me walk through the financing and warranty process. Very happy with them.
