Blew sticks, leaves, and mud all over my car leaving it with a myriad of scratches on the entire drivers side. When I approached the worker asking why he did this he just cussed at me in Spanish and told me “I don’t care, move your car.” Even though I was parked in a legal ‘pay-to-park’ parking zone on the street. After telling him that I could park there he proceeded to tell me to “shut up” numerous times and ignored what I was saying. What a respectable way to run a business 👎

Our HOA used them for a few years and decided definitely time to change. Service is average, responses to questions/concerns is extremely difficult to get, often many bush trimmings were left on the ground, our blackberries were cut back 2 months earlier than specified on our contract, our sprinklers were not winterized this year and I cannot get a response as to why not so we had to pay for another company to do so. Owner, Jaime, states on contract that he will come out for "courtesy visits" and HOA person "will be alerted prior to these visits should they choose to participate" - I said please alert me and he NEVER did. Not a good feeling to always wonder if you're getting what you're paying for. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Do not use these guys. I have personally never hired them but they came to my property and started mowing my lawn. They also started to pick flowers out of my property. The guy was a bit apologetic but started to get frusterated and mad when I confronted him about him coming to my property and picking things when I never hired these guys. I don't know who this company is but when I called their main office, the front desk person said they will get the owner. I called back several times trying to figure out what is happening but each time, they either forwarded my call to a completey different company or hung up on me right away. Please stay away from them. I never hired this company and they seem like a complete nightmare.

Some of the worst tree care practices I've ever seen... topping trees is common practice, plus does not follow up on watering, overuse of pesticide and herbicide oftentimes unnecessary, and more. Classic mow and blow company, not worth the price imo.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Scheduled appt to review our project; said they would be there the next day. No show. Like others, no call, no nothing. I do not understand how small businesses like this one can stay in business when they simply do not show up. If there had been an emergency or a previous project ran over the scheduled time, I can understand that. But not calling and not showing up; that is just a red flag. Be forewarned: Go elsewhere! I recommend J's Custom Landscaping in Vancouver, WA. Friendly, professional staff that get the job done.
