A BIG well done to Sierra Remodeling on our kitchen countertop and backsplash renovation!! Our entire journey was pleasant, straight forward and had no surprises along the way. Project was started on time, continuous communication between the project manager, various tradesmen and homeowner to keep us updated on what was happening each day. Sierra Remodeling just finished my master bathroom remodel. I have been wanting to remove the small shower and replace it with open shelving, and I also wanted to take out the unused garden tub and convert it into a walk-in shower. Let me tell you something: if you are looking for a cheap remodeling company, Sierra Remodeling is not for you. However, if you want a job done to perfection with top-of-the-line materials, you will want to use them. Mike, our designer, was a joy to work with, and the team that did the work did a top-notch job. The team was so meticulous that when they accidentally scratched the paint in a couple of places on the ceiling while installing the heavy shower panels, they chose to repaint the entire ceiling instead of just touching it up, and they did not charge me

The staff at Sierra Remodeling are great, and I couldn’t be happier with my new walk-in tub and bathroom remodel. From the friendly receptionist that invited me to wander through the showroom, to the salespeople, construction supervisor and workers, I highly recommend this team. After sitting in their showroom walk-in tub, and doing my own research, Kevin walked me through the tub options and recommended American-made Universal Tub. I did not get the whirlpool jets, which require a 240-volt dedicated circuit, but did get the heated back and seat which only requires a standard 120-volt circuit (saving a lot of electrician time and expense). The office staff was nice. Dennis and his team did a great job. They were polite and considerate. The deck is really nice and the ramp is great.
