"Severe Violation of Safety Standards and Reckless Endangerment" I am compelled to warn the public about the dangerous practices of the owner of this so called company, whose actions have severely violated Arizona's safety standards and placed my life in jeopardy. Under Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 32, Chapter 22, pest control operators must provide proper identification and disclose all chemicals used " before " any treatment. In this case, the exterminator blatantly disregarded these legal requirements, failing to provide the company's name or a list of the substances being used, despite my documented history of a life-threatening anaphylactic reaction after his first "forced" initial treatment. Terrible customer service or a better way to describe it would be no customer service. They came out and treated our house less then 30 days ago and they give a 30 day guarantee. Problem is that they'll only come out and spot treat, they won't come and redo the treatment. If you want them to redo the treatment they want the regular fee of $55. Their receptionist Ann was also very condescending when she spoke with my wife. She also didn't seem to concerned that Sierra Pest was losing a customer. No question as to why I was cancelling my account, no attempt to regain my business. Seems to me they don't care about the customers that they serve.
