I had to call Fresno even though I live in Sacramento. The Sacramento location doesn’t pick or call you back. Fresno gets five stars!!!! It took the chick from Fresno to tell me I received the right evaporator coil. When I needed that coil it took three days for someone to answer in Sacramento and they never called me back when I needed parts. I had to tell The clients idk because sac don’t answer or call back until day 3.

If u are a contractor this place is the best, ive know these guys for years, once hired there staying around, which helps u as a contractor, this place will not let u down and if something goes sideways , they make it right...

Each time we call for some reason the counter usually has to forward us to her to answer our questions. Each time she delivers with all the information, she calls back when she says she will. She has outstanding customer service skills! Received a phone call from Sarah about a warranty motor. Very rude and unprofessional spoke in a very aggressive tone. Definitely won’t call them for part anymore
