I used a designer who placed order once I signed off on the design. The finished product looked just like the sample (color/finish). Cabinets delivered on time. Note I did two separate projects (master bath and kitchen) 2 years apart and had the same experience. I would highly recommend. Note designer missed ordering molding for bottom of island, and the company shipped one within 2 weeks. Color was spot on.

I have been engaged in the cabinetry business for over 40 years. I had the pleasure of dealing with Signature Custom Cabinetry as one of my suppliers for a long period of time. . I have never dealt with a more responsive and honest company then Signature. The owners who are family do so much for their community and their employees as well as the environment. When I would place my order with them I would receive a ship week and then a few weeks before delivery they would then provide a date and time the truck would arrive. I can tell you that that truck was never late!!!! Their quality control is super important to them and their craftsman and craftswomen take a great deal of pride in their work. from the first look the cabinets are great, but as soon as I ordered cabinets through designer, who made some mistakes in the design and I followed the order with some corrections the manufacturer never answered back. I have CONCERNS that manufacturer really keeps its word about warranty of the product. I contacted Signature Cabinet maker twice and never got a reply. NOT SURE if I would recommend them or go back to them to order more cabinets for my house.

Purchasing Signature cabinets has been the most expensive mistake I’ve ever made. After about a year of use (in a home with one, and occasionally two, careful adults), the cabinets (purchased through a Manhattan kitchen designer) are, in effect, dissolving around my dishwasher; over the stove and elsewhere, edges are splitting; in some places, there is cracking; and the cabinets are frayed around the bases. (Prior to this renovation, I had the same cabinets, from another company, for 27 years; those cabinets, after 27 years, were in far, far better condition than these are now.) Worst of all, because of the way the damage has occurred to the cabinets, I don’t even see how they can be repaired, without ripping them out and replacing them.
