We had Signature Floors & Design to install the hardwood flooring in our custom-built home. They were a vendor of the local builder we used to build our home, so we trusted that we were in good hands. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the most disappointing parts of our entire home-building experience. Customer service was a major issue—particularly with Kristie Gosnenor. Communication was extremely poor. Emails went unanswered for days, and sometimes never received a response at all. It often felt like we were being completely ghosted. For a project of this size and cost, that level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable. This company installed over 2,000 sf of LVP in our new home. Within a couple of months the planks began cupping because they didn't install the required moisture underlayment (on a concrete slab) and due to that, voided our warranty. They came out and inspected, said they would be back in touch within two weeks and then ghosted us. We are in the process of replacing all of the LVP and because it is the entire home, we are having to move out of the home, and then move all the furniture back in once complete. Hire them at your own risk. They did not stand behind their work.

We have been beyond impressed with this crew! George came out and explained everything, they were installing white oak wood floors in our new construction and I wanted a walk through prior to install. He was so thorough, so kind and professional. They also did a beautiful herringbone design in the foyer that exceeded our expectations. Thank you George and Team!!!

We contracted with Signature Floors to refloor our entire main level. Initial communication was accurate and timely. While installing LVP, kitchen cabinets were damaged and quarter round and linoleum in baths were torn up but tile installer wasn’t scheduled. 3 months later, Austin Green has ghosted us. He left his damage for us to repair and tile install was never completed. Please learn from our experience and DO NOT use Signature Floor and Designs.

Not a positive experience so far! I’ve been trying to connect with this company for months for some flooring work for which I just need an estimate. This is the original installer for my recently built home. Every time I call, they say your sales person will call you back. Never does! Finally I decided to move on. Got with a couple of other companies and they are all scheduled to come provide and estimate within the week. I would say run unless you absolutely need to work with them.
