Professionalism at it's best. I thought the oak floors at our new (but old) house were beyond help. As you can see from the first photo, the floors were in terrible shape and there were awful black mold stains throughout the house. Travis is such a craftsman and the floors look brand new! Perfect communication from James. These gentlemen showed up when they said they would, kept in touch every day about their progress, and made the floors look beautiful. I wish every company was as well-run as Signature Floors.

Signature floors did a fantastic job on the oak hardwood floors in our recent home remodel. The floors are solid, quiet and beautiful. They make me happy every time I look at them. Signature did a great job matching the color and finish of the original and new floors; and a great job creating a nice transition from original to new flooring. The first flooring that was delivered to our house was the wrong size. This was not Signature's fault but the result of a miscommunication between us and our contractor. Despite that, Signature hauled away the incorrect flooring and brought back the correct size at no charge. (This was a lot of work for them.) Signature Floors is easily the best choice in Salt Lake for hardwood floors. Our 25 year old oak floor, initially laid by a DIYer, was damaged in a freak pipe freezing incident. James came over almost immediately to take a look to give us an estimate for repair. It was a bit of a mystery because the damage occurred while were on vacation, so any pernicious water was already dry. That didn’t stop him from going down into the scary basement with his flashlight and iPhone to investigate and get pictures. Once we scheduled refinishing, we got recommendations on the products to be used (oil based due to the water damage was suggested) and then provided a list of instructions to keep us and our dog safe during the project.
