With our big install of st Augustine grass, I wanted to be sure we found someone who truly cared about this big investment. CHASE is THE best!! He truly wants the best for our yard, trees and shrubs. He always takes the time to look over every square inch of our yard, and treats any imperfections, or plans ahead to help prevent any issues. Signature serviced my lawn the last week of January 2024 and 4 days later my lawn turned orange and purple. I called Signature and they told me their employee had put weed killer on my lawn that kills St Augustine grass which is what I have. This happened because this was the 3rd person to service my lawn in 3 months! Craig the supervisor said they will treat my lawn but it would come back in a month. Well my lawn did not come back in a month and finally the last week of March they replaced my yard. My lawn has always been one of the best, if not the best, lawns in my community. When the company I was using got bought by Signature I was concerned that the level of care to my lawn might diminish under the new company. My concerns were put to rest. Signature has maintained the same level of care, and I couldn't be happier with the attention my lawn gets from technician Douglas M. He is diligent to point out areas of concern before they become an issue. Very happy with him.

At one time our lawn was the envy of the neighborhood. A new company bout out our old company and things went downhill. After putting up with a worsening lawn, we went to a neighbor to see who doing their lawn. We contacted Jeff at Signature Lawn, and he came out with a couple of days. He gave us advice about what we could do and a price for his service. While it was a little higher than what we had been paying, we decided, "You get what you pay for."
