Nick has been excellent to work with, from the very first day that I called him. He is always at our house on the scheduled cleaning day, has never missed a week. He gives me a heads up when he is on his way, so I can make sure we don’t have our dogs in the backyard. He always gives me pointers about anything I should pay attention to with our pool. I really like the reporting system they have as well. Every week we get a detailed report of what was done, what chemicals were added, and what the levels were in our pool. It always includes a picture too! Invoicing is easy with electronic payments. We’ve been very happy with the service and will definitely recommend them!

Nick has been amazing from day - 1! Our pool was left in really bad shape by the previous mgt company. Nick came out same day and was effective immediately in getting it under control. His service orientated attitude was refreshing and when combined with his knowledge, I finally feel like we have a partner in pool maintenance. And talk about going the extra mile, when a unexpected shipment came late because of snow delays, he was there to move it in the house. Simply the best in the town!
