This is NOT a pool review — this is a character review. I’m writing about Signature Pools, their leadership, and their team during the “Blizzard of ’26” in North Wilton. One of my neighbor’s landscapers called his friend Michael at Signature Pools after realizing he couldn’t reach several of his clients with long, winding, steep driveways. These families were completely snowed in. Without hesitation, Michael mobilized his crew and heavy equipment and went out to help. I’ve been in real estate and property management for 35 years. I know exactly what it costs to run a track loader and pay a crew during a storm like that. This wasn’t about profit. If anything, he likely lost money. This was about stepping up for the community. I often wonder what makes a business successful. What’s the secret sauce, so to speak? Well, today I saw firsthand that a business that goes the extra mile without a customer even asking is one that will always win. Signature Pools opened our pool yesterday. There were these calcium crystals stuck to the walls after the winter. Some kind of chemical reaction. Well, this morning, Will showed up with scuba gear. Yes. Scuba gear. And for hours, he painstakingly and gently buffed the walls of our pool to make them as smooth as… well they’re very smooth now. They didn’t charge extra. They just did it because we have a “Signature Pool,” and they wanted us to love our pool. I’m grateful for the life we’ve built every day, and I use that pool every day it’s open. Signature installed our pool 6 years ago. The construction was of good quality with the exception of the border tiles which periodically fall off. Signature had me order a pool cover for winterization and then told me not cover the pool in the winter as they say it will cause more tiles to fall off. Keeping the pool open to the elements requires additional and costly reopening costs every spring. Two tiles came off this past winter. I have been calling every few weeks for the last 3 months to have the mason reset the tiles. Sometimes I'm met with a promise that it will be repaired in a week or so, sometimes they say that Joe (the manager) will call. They take my message, although I've yet to get a callback and usually, when pressed, they admit Joe is rarely in the office and unlikel

Warning! Do not use this company under any circumstances. Manager Joe and Bruno are completely unresponsive. They won’t return calls or talk to their customers. We were promised a pool cover since May 2022. It’s October 1st, they blame it on supply chain issues, but they don’t really care. Still no update as to when we could expect pool cover. They never gave us a welcome kit. We have no pool net even. They have not even hooked up the water supply to the pool. These people don’t know what they are doing. Poor maintenance and cleaning. They send over guys who don’t speak English and don’t know what’s going on. Can’t get a hold of this company beyond the front desk. They are not reputable people, they don’t care and they don’t make things right. No reason to hire them now or in the future!

One of the best companies to date. Communication was difficult at first but then after they were able to solve my issue with my pool. Even on top of fixing my heaters they cleaned my pool which in the past most people I have worked with wouldn't do without expecting extra pay. Only issue was contacting, but as soon as they responded they sent someone as soon as possible and I could see the workers passion to get their job done.
