I highly recommend Signature Pools! We used Signature Pools to install a fiberglass pool in our backyard in November 2024. From the sales meeting to the final inspection, the process was seamless. The entire team was honest, knowledgeable and transparent and guided us through every aspect of buying a pool. They were never pushy and truly wanted us to make the right decision for us. The on-site construction team was amazing - answering any questions or concerns that popped up, helping us understand next steps and were very respectful of our yard. Upon completion of the pool, the equipment technician provided a large binder explaining every piece of equipment and how to take care of it while he walked us through taking care of our pool. We had an amazing experience with Signature Pools & Spas! We chose them because they’re locally owned and came highly recommended by our neighbors. We went with a fiberglass pool for its easy installation and long-term durability, and we’re so glad we did. Todd handled everything from design to talking us through final install and kept in constant communication through phone, email, and text. Anytime we had a question or concern, he was quick to respond. The pool looks fantastic, is super easy to maintain (thanks to the saltwater system), and we love the convenience of managing it through the Pentair app. Highly recommend Signature Pools for their professionalism, quality, and outstanding service!

Highly Recommend Signature Pools. Todd made what seemed an overwhelming project seamless. Respected our budget, was very informative, excellent guidance, so happy we got the automatic cover, picture below. Also recommended landscape/ fence contractors - they were excellent. And the help did not stop there - after pool installed, Erich provided us with a binder with all equipment information, trained us on pool care and was there later with support when we had additional questions/concerns. We had the best summer with the grandkids enjoying the pool.

This is our third summer with our Signature Pool, and we love it so much that I had to write another review. The pool itself is amazing — the best summer days are spent in it, for both the humans and the dogs! But what truly sets Signature Pools apart is everything that comes with the pool: the outstanding support, top-notch service, and depth of knowledge that’s always just a phone call away. Over the past few summers, I’ve learned so much from Erich — pool chemistry and maintenance actually make sense to me now, which is something I never thought I’d say. We had our pool installed in late fall of 2024 and had a great experience with Signature Pools and Spas from start to finish. Todd came out for the initial estimate and to go over some ideas. He was professional, very informative, and easy to talk to. He helped us come up with a great design and stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process. The installation team did a great job and everything went smoothly. Even after the pool was finished, the support has been excellent. During the first year, Erich has been fantastic anytime my husband had questions or needed help, whether it was something big or just a quick question.
