Nick was incredible to deal with as he was totally transparent about the cost of the parts and his installation fee for fixing our Viking Refrigerator/Freezer. We received an initial quote from another company that was more than double just for the parts which was a blatant attempt to price gouge us. It was nice to deal with someone like Nick who was fair and honest and he did a perfect job of fixing our fridge. I will absolutely use Nick and ABS for all future appliance maintenance needs.
